Ingredients

    2 T olive oil
    2 C coarsely chopped yellow onion
    1/2 C sliced or grated carrots
    2 cloves garlic minced
    4 cups tomato sauce
    1.5 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 tsp granulated sugar
    kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

sauté onions garlic, and carrots in olive oil until translucent, add tomato and seasonings, cook for 45 minutes, partially covered. Voila.. you are done! :)

Serving Size: yield roughly 10 .5C servings
