Ingredients

    4 -6 cups Cabbage, shredded (small head)
    1/2 cup Almonds (toasted under low broil setting /watch carefully)
    1/2 cup roasted Sesame seeds (or plain sesame seeds toasted)
    1/2 cup Green onions - small julienne cut
    1/2 cup Carrots - small julienne cut

    1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    2 Tablespoons safflower or canola oil
    1 Tablespoon soy sauce
    1 Tablespoon sesame oil
    1 Tablespoon Agave (or other sweetener)

Directions

Combine vegetables, almonds and seeds.

Add dressing. Serve immediately or let the salad set to have the flavors blend.
