Ingredients

    1 Cup Diced Potatoes
    1 Tbsp Diced Onion
    1 Tsp Olive Oil
    salt, pepper, and Paprika to taste

Directions

Fry seasoned potatoes in oil until they brown, add onions and stir until onions are transparent and beginning to brown. Remove to serving place.

Makes one serving.

Serving suggestion: Serve with 1 egg over easy, some fruit, and a glass of milk for a complete breakfast.

    Yeah! I always want to know calories for the fried potatos. We make them like this sometimes too. You can also sneak in some flax seed and no one is the wiser :-) Thanks! :-) - 3/22/08
