Introduction

Delicious vegetable and turkey egg muffins topped with cheese. Delicious vegetable and turkey egg muffins topped with cheese.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1- 16 oz container of liquid egg whites
    3- Large whole eggs
    1/4 c- Chopped onion, green bell pepper, Mushroom
    6- Banquet turkey links
    1/4 c- Park skim mozzarella cheese shredded
    1/4 c- Mild cheddar cheese shredded
    Ms. Dash table seasoning (sprinkle to liking)
    Salt and pepper to liking

Directions

Spray muffin pan with olive oil or pam
Line each individual muffin pan with chopped vegetables and sliced turkey links
Beat egg whites and whole egges together and pour into each muffin pan. Then sprinkle cheese evenly over each individual muffin. Bake in the oven for about 20min or until muffins rise and are golden.
