    Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup
    Red Onion Raw 1/2 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp
    Water, tap, 4 cup
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    celery
    olive oil

Directions

cook rice. set aside. cook onion and garlic in olive oil, add tomatoes, beans, cilantro, celery, spices, water. cook for 10 min. add rice. Serve
