    6-8 CUPS WATER
    .75 TSP CREOLE SEASONING
    1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
    2 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Directions

SIMMER LENTILS IN WATER ABOUT 20 MINUTES. DRAIN AND PAT DRY. MIX WITH SEASONINGS AND OLIVE OIL. BAKE IN OVEN AT 425 FOR 25 MINUTES SHAKING PAN ABOUT EVERY 5 MINUTES.
