Ingredients



    Dumplings, vegetable and leek, Poong, 5 pieces, 138 gram(s) (remove)
    *Dried Shitake Mushroom, 3 caps, 2 serving (remove)
    Oyster sauce, vegetarian mushroom, Kimlan, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger Root, 4 slices (1" dia) (remove)
    Water, 2 cups

Directions

Soak the mushrooms in hot water. Remove the stalks and chop the caps. Simmer in the mushroom water with the ginger and oyster sauce, 15 min. Remove ginger, add dumplings and simmer for 5 min.
