Ingredients

    Compliments Low sodium chicken stock 1l
    Yellow onion, 1 medium chopped
    Boneless, skinless chicken breast, roasted 1
    Frozen mixed vegetables 1 cup
    Water 2 cups
    Minced or chopped garlic, 2 tbsp. or to taste
    Thyme 1 tsp. or to taste
    Celery seed 1 tsp. or to taste
    Pepper to taste

Directions

In a fry pan cook onion, and garlic in 2 tbsp. of chicken stock, once onion is translucent add chopped chicken breast. Once heated through transfer to a 8 cup pot and add remainder of ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are cooked, spice to taste.
