Ingredients

    1 can each (approx. 1.5 cups per can), UNDRAINED of: black-eyed peas, black beans, whole kernel corn, crushed tomatoes, and kidney beans.
    1 TBSP dehydrated onion flakes
    1 7 oz. jar of chili sauce
    1 packet of chili seasoning
    1/2 cup fat free Italian dressing

Tips

You can really use your favorites to customize the chili. Just don't leave out the Italian dressing - that's what gives a little something special. Browned lean beef, chicken, or turkey can be added, but I promise you won't miss it.


Directions

Don't drain anything. Dump everything in slow cooker and stir. Cook on low at least 4 hours, but longer is fine.
