    1T canola oil
    1 onion
    2c potato
    1c carrot
    4 stalks celery
    1c corn
    0.5 c peas
    0.5c spinach
    4 tsp better than bouillon
    0.5c dry quinoa
    2T tomato paste
    2 Morningstar farms sausage patties
    Water to make 16 cups soup
    Herbs/seasoning

Directions

Chop up all the veggies, put it all in a pot, and cook until root veggies are soft and quinoa has 'spiraled'. That's it!
