Introduction

A tasty mix of chocolate, peanut butter and butterscotch! Low sugar with a decent protein-carb ratio (17.5 Protein & 13.3 Carbs with less than 4g sugar!). Yumm-o! If desired, you could break this down into 8 servings and get a snack with just over 100 cals, and still get nearly 9g protein & less than 7 carbs. Ingredients

1 small box Sugar Free Instant Butterscotch Pudding

    1 & 1/4 cup Skim Deluxe Milk

    1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

2 scoops Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder Chocolate Peanut Butter

Tips

This works well with regular chocolate whey powder also, if you don't have chocolate peanut butter. Really, you could use any combination of SF pudding and Protein powder flavors! I like to be creative with it.

You could also use half and half in place of the whipping cream if you want to shave a few calories and fat. But you will be adding a few carbs that way.

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together dry pudding mix and whey protein powder. Add skim milk and whipping cream. Beat on medium-high with mixer or by hand until smooth and beginning to thicken.

Spoon into individual serving/storage bowls and chill in fridge for a few hours. Unless you can't wait that long. . . In that case, grab one of the bowls and a spoon and settle in for a YUM session :)

Serving Size: Current nutrition facts are set for 4 servings, but you can adjust for 8 servings.
