Ingredients

    1/3 C Quick Oatmeal
    1 C water
    1 individual Silhouette yogurt, any flavour
    1/2 C blackberries
    1 T crunchy peanut butter
    1 T Raspberry flavour, no sugar added, coffee syrup
    1 T ground flax seed

Tips

You can mix and match flavours - raspberry, strawberry, blueberry or other fruit yogurt, fresh or frozen raspberry, blackberry, strawberries or other fruit, any flavour of sugar-free no cal flavour syrup.


Directions

Combine oatmeal and water in an oversize deep soup or serving bowl (oatmeal will boil up during cooking). Microwave on high for 2.25 minutes.
Stir in yogurt berries and syrup.
Stir all ingredients together.
Sprinkle flax seed over top and stir through lightly.
