Ingredients

    1 pkg. orange sugar free, fat free Jello
    1 pkg. lemon sugar free, fat free Jello
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 1/2 c. Diet Mountain Dew
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 med. bananas, sliced
    1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 pkg. vanilla fat-free sugar free pudding
    3/4 c. instant non-fat milk
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip, Free
    1/4 c. shredded 2% cheddar cheese

Directions

In large bowl, combine dry orange and lemon gelatins. Add boiling water and mix well to dissolve. Stir in 1 cup Diet Mountain Dew.
Add undrained pineapple, mandarin oranges, and sliced bananas. Mix well to combine. Pour mixture into an 8-by 8- inch dish and top with marshmallows. Refrigerate until gelatin is firm.

In medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry milk powder. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups Diet Mountain Dew. Mix well using a wire whisk. Evenly spread mixture over firm gelatin marshmallow mixture. Refrigerate while preparing topping.

In medium bowl, stir cream cheese with spoon until soft. Add Cool Whip Free and mix until combined. Spread topping mixture evenly over pudding layer. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
