Ingredients

1 14.5 oz can Black Beans, drained/rinsed
1 14.5 oz can Northern Beans, drained/rinsed
1 14.5 oz can Bush's Chili Beans
1 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
1 14.5 oz can Fire-Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 4 oz can Diced Green Chilies
2 14.5 oz cans Chicken Broth (less sodium)
1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast (leave whole pieces, but thawed, if frozen*)
1/3 cup taco seasoning
Chili Powder, Cumin, Onion & Garlic Powder to taste
Tips
You can saute celery, onions, & garlic to add more flavor. You could used ground turkey or ground chicken in place of chicken breast pieces.
Flavor this to your liking, use different beans...a recipe is only a "suggestion" of ingredients.

Directions
Place chicken, spices, taco seasoning, broth, beans, tomato products, and green chilies into crock pot.
Turn on high to slow cook for 4 hours (if chicken breasts are NOT frozen); or *6 hours (if chicken breasts ARE frozen). About 1 hour before it's finished slow cooking, take chicken out, place in a medium sized bowl, and shred using two forks. Put shredded chicken back into slow cooker.
Serving Size: 8 - 1 cup servings
