Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/5 yellow onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can creamed corn
    salt and pepper
    3 oz cheese
    2 box instant mashed potato

Tips

For a less saucy version, add more beef or replace the creamed corn with cooked carrots. Use real potatoes if you dislike instant.


Directions

fry beef and onion, drain. Mix in tomato soup, corn, spice to salt and pepper. Put in large casserole dish. Cook instant potatoes as directed and spread over meat mixture. Cook 30 minutes at 350 with lid on. Remove lid, add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
