Ingredients

    10 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chucks
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 stick butter cut into slices
    2 tbsp salt
    5 tbsp Mayo
    3 tbsp (9 tsp) Yellow Mustard
    3 tbsp Pickle Relish

Directions

Boil potatoes until tender (adding salt).
Drain and add butter to still warm potatoes.
Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and chill.
