    Cumin seed, 2 tsp(remove)
    *ground tumeric, 1 tsp(remove)
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp(remove)
    *grated lemon rind, 1 tsp(remove)
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp(remove)
    *Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Just Chilli - Crushed Chilli, 10 gram(s)(remove)
    Haddock (fish), 500 grams(remove)

Tips

Any white fish will suit the recipe.
Try using lime instead of lemon


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C.
Coat a flat oven tray with cooking spray.
Combine the cumin, tumeric, ginger, lemon rind & juice, coriander, chilli together in a bowl.
place the fish on the tray and spread mixture over the top.
Cook in the oven until fish is cooked through.
