Ingredients

1 box cake mix (yellow or spice)
13 oz can of pumpkin
1 Tbsp of pumpkin pie spice(not needed if use spice cake mix)
3 eggs
1 c. water
1/3 c.vegetable oil
Directions
Preheat oven on 350F. Mix all wet ingredients then mix in cake mix. Pour into greased and floured bundt cake pan then bake for 40-50 minutes until fork comes out clean then turn out onto plate or cake holder and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Darker cake pans, like my cast iron, may need to be turned down to 325F so the outside does not get too dark while middle is cooking. Makes 10 servings.
