Ingredients

Use water mixed with white vinegar, brown sugar. You can use whole-wheat or white flour. Add some melted honey or stevia sweetener if you want more flavour.

Tips

The thinner the dough, the crispier the biscuits.

Directions

mix water, vinegar, sugar, honey (if you use it) and stevia in one bowl. In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of flour and baking soda. Combine wet and dry ingredient. Mix until you obtain a smooth dough. You can add flour if you see that the dough is too liquid. Spread the dough in 1cm layer, and cut the patterns. Cook in 200°C oven, around 10 min or until golden brown. Do not overcook, biscuits will harden.
