    -Pink salmon 120 gr
    -Phildelphia 1/3 less fat 28 gr - 1 oz
    -potato raw , 1 small
    -fresh chives 30 gr
    -Maggi Vegetable Cube 4 gr
    -Olive oil 1 tsp
    -salt
    -pepper

Tips

You can add some crunchy wholemeal bread.


Directions

Cook the salmon and potato cubes in a little water.
Add and dissolve the philadelphia
Salt and gradually add the broth.
After 15 minutes add the chives and pepper.
Is to be served hot
