Introduction

It makes a salad dressing with no added oil at all. Delicious enough to eat just as it is, with a spoon and without any veggies. I feel free to use more of it than I would if I were using purchased salad dressing.

Sometimes I add a cup of lentil sprouts to what is in the blender. The lentil sprouts go down easier after blending with the orange and almond than if I just added them to the veggies in the salad.

I don't feel the least bit inclined to use any salt at all.

It is sweet, but goes well even on salad with onions.

It is so yummy I don't mind having to wash the blender afterward.

Ingredients

    1 Navel Orange
    1 oz almonds

Directions

One peeled navel orange. Don't try to remove all the white part. Separate the sections. Drop into blender.

One ounce raw whole almonds, pre-soaked in just enough water to cover them and soaked until they are softened up some. Drop almonds and the water into the blender on top of the orange.

Blend well. That's all!
