    ONCE THESE MELD ADD THE BAG OF FROZEN VEGGIES, THE ICE PROVIDES SOME JUICE, TOSS IN THE HEFTY GLUG OF VINEGAR (ABOUT 1/4C) AND ADD THE LIGHT BROWN SUGAR TO BALANCE THE TANG (ABOUT 2 SPOONS)... ADD THE POULTRY SEASONING.
    TRANSFER TO THE OVEN TO FINISH IT, COVER WITH PIZZA PAN OR OTHER COVER - SHOULD ONLY NEED MINUTES TO STEAM THE VEGGIES AND THE MEAT TO COOKED AND JUICY.
