Introduction
This is a paleo pizza crust. It goes nicely with many different toppings. Ingredients

2 cups riced cauliflower
3/4 cups coconut flower
1/2 cup almond flower
4 eggs (sometimes 3)
Seasoning:(adjust to suit your tastes)
1tsp basil
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2tsp red pepper flakes
Tips
I find that with some of the larger eggs I only need 3 eggs, the mixture should not be crumbly.
Directions
Heat oven to 375
Rice Cauliflower (chop finely using food processor.
Cook Cauliflower in microwave for 2 minutes to soften ***do not add water to cauliflower
Add remaining ingredients to the cauliflower stir till mixed completely
Place mixture on parchment paper on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Flatten to desired thickness
Cook pizza crust without toppings for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven add desired toppings.
Broil for 3 to 5 minutes depending on toppings
Serving Size: makes 8 slices - 2 per serving
