    1/2 medium banana
    1 cup silk dark chocolate almond milk
    2 tbsp ground flax
    Ice cubes (for desired consistency)

Tips

Would also be good with a tbsp of peanut butter for added protein and flavor.


Directions

Cut banana into slices
Put all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth
