Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Almond Flour
    1 TBSP Dutch Cocoa Powder
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    6 packets Splenda
    2 TBSP Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder --Choc PB
    2 Tbsp Fresh Ground Peanut Butter (peanuts only)
    2 Tbsp Water
    1 egg
    1 TBSP Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
    1 TBSP Mini-Chocolate Chips (or SF Choc Chips)
    1 tsp Fiber-Sure (fiber supplement)

Directions

In a large thick-walled ceramic mug or 2 cup glass measuring cup, mix all ingredients well with a fork. Scrape down the sides with a scraper/spatula.

Microwave on high for 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds (depends on your microwave) until set, but still moist on top. DO NOT OVER COOK, as it will become too dry!

Top with a dollop of whipped cream or cream cheese with a little Splenda/Stevia mixed in it and enjoy!
