    London Broil, 24 oz ground
    Oat Bran, .5 cup
    Chia Seed (Nutiva) 12Tbsp, 2ground
    ##Celery seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Garlic, minced, 2 tsp Herbox sodium free instant
    ground tumeric, 1 tsp
    broth & seasoning, 1 serving (packet)
    Nature's Own Light Honey Wheat Bread, 4 slices, toasted made into crumbs
    ketchup, heinz no salt, 2 tbsp
    Mustard seed, yellow, 2 tsp
    egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup pieces
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Tips

we cook it like this and serve it with brown gray the first night then the left overs with tomato sauce for a different taste
