Ingredients

6 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk, 1%
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions
1 Large Crimini Mushroom, diced
5.55 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Ham, diced
3.05 oz Swiss Cheese, grated
Tips
Use whatever size baking dish you would prefer to achieve desired thickness. Keep an eye on your egg dish to be sure it doesn't overcook!
Directions
Spray a glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and preheat oven to 375 F.
Beat eggs and milk together, then add all other ingredients except for cheese and wraps. Mix and pour into baking dish, then place in preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes and sprinkle cheese evenly over top, then continue to bake until almost all liquid is gone. Remove and let cool.
When cool slice into six long slices and wrap in a low carb wrap. Wrap up and freeze, heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes, turning halfway through.
