Ingredients

    0.6lb Broccoli
    1lb Cabbage
    0.55lb Carrot
    0.66lb Cauliflower
    0.33lb Frozen Artichoke Hearts
    4 Cloves Garlic
    12oz Chicken Tender, raw, unbreaded

    3c Milk
    3tbs Corn Starch
    1.5c cooked cannellini beans
    3 eggs
    1.5 tbs canola oil

Directions

In batches, shock vegetables in boiling water and chill in an ice bath.
