Ingredients

    365 Organic Chicken Broth Low Sodium, 4 cups
    Cannellini Beans, 2 15 oz cans
    Diced Mild Green Chiles, 1 4 oz can
    Whole Tomatillos, 1 11 oz can
    365 Organic Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added, 1 15 oz can
    2 Large Sweet Onions
    5 cloves Garlic
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 tbsp cumin
    Pinch of Cayenne to taste
    Red pepper flakes, to taste
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Combine Tomatillos, beans, tomatoes,chilies, and broth in the slow cooker set to high.
Brown turkey with olive oil, onions, cumin, red pepper, and garlic over medium high heat.
Add turkey mixture to the slow cooker.
Let cook on high for 3 or more hours.
