Ingredients

    Ground beef, 8 oz
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Butter, salted, 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    Wine, Marsala Cooking Wine, 2 tbsp
    White Rice, short grain, cooked, 2 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded

Tips

Switch up the veggies to ones you like.


Directions

Start your rice in your rice cooker per the instructions for your rice.

Chop your onions, mushrooms and peppers to desired size.

Turn stove to med high and melt the butter. Add the marsala wine. Saute the onions, mushrooms and peppers. Once the onions are translucent, add the ground beef and cook until brown. Simmer on low heat while the rice is cooking.

Once the rice is done, top the rice with the beef and veggies and add the cheese on top.
