Ingredients

1 whole wheat flax tortilla
2-3 TBSP Kirkland's Basil Pesto
1/2 - 3/4 cup spinach, chopped
thinly sliced onion
thinly sliced peppers (red, yellow, orange or green)
thinly sliced mushrooms
1-2 oz Goat's Cheese
Daiya mozzarella shredded
Tips
It is hard to give measurements when it comes to pizza, these are all vegetables, so feel free to use as much or as little as you like. The ones that you should be most careful with is the cheese and pesto, of course.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place tortilla on a pizza stone or pizza pan.
Spread pesto over the tortilla, does not need to be on thick. Sprinkle on the onion, pepper, spinach and mushrooms. Drop on goat cheese around pizza and sprinkle on some Daiya mozzarella.
Put in oven on center rack and check after 10 mins; these cook very quickly. Cool briefly and then enjoy!
