Ingredients

    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 1/2 lb. - halved
    *Tomato products, canned, sauce, 1 cup
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 1/2 cup
    Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp unpacked
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Optional - add 2 tbsp Stubbs Hickory Liquid Smoke

Directions

Place all ingredients except chicken in the crock pot. Stir until mixed. Add chiucken and coat well with the sauce.

Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours OR on low for 7 to 8 hours, until chicken is fully cooked.

Remove all the chicken and place it in a bowl. Shred Chicken using two forks, making thin strands. Return chicken strands to crock pot and mix fully with sauce. Serve over your favorite bread or roll.
