Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 pkg. ground turkey (19.5 oz)
    3/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 cup long grain brown rice
    1/2 cup of whole kernel sweet corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
    1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
    1 tbsp. Worstershire sauce
    5 Bell Peppers (green, red, yellow or orange)

Tips

If you like lots of sauce add another can of tomato soup and 1 tbsp. of worstershire sauce


Directions

1. Prepare sauce my mixing Tomato soup and worstershire sauce
2. Next prepare meat mixture by mixing ground turkey, rice, onion, corn and 1/4 cup of above sauce - DO NOT COOK
3. Prepare peppers, cut tops and remove seeds and membranes
4. Stuff peppers 2/3 full with RAW turkey mixture
5. Place in crock pot, cover with remaining sauce

Cook on high in crock pot for 4 hours
OR
Cook in pressure cooker on high for 17-20 minutes
