Ingredients

    1/2 pound broccoli
    1/2 pound snow peas
    1/2 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 pound medium shrimp peeled
    1 T olive oil
    1 T soy
    black pepper to taste.

Tips

great on top of soba noodles with a squirt of siracha paste.


Directions

heat oil in large pan with garlic and onion for 2 minutes add broccoli and snow peas stir occasionally. add shrimp cook till pink
