Ingredients

    1 cup spiral gf noodles
    8 oz. 97% fat free ground turkey
    1 cup red kidney beans
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    large onion, diced
    small can mushrooms
    2 Tablespoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    3 cloves garlic, smashed and diced
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    ketchup to taste, approximately 4 tablespoons

Tips

Cinnamon may be left out if you are not a fan.


Directions

Brown turkey, onion, and garlic in nonstick pan.
Add remaining ingredients, except ketchup. Bring to boil, then simmer for at least 30 minutes. Add ketchup to taste.
