Introduction

Pure Heaven! These are my favorite cookie! Pure Heaven! These are my favorite cookie!
Number of Servings: 62

Ingredients

    1/2 c butter
    1/2 c crisco
    1 1/2 c sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt

    Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
    2 tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Heet oven to 400 degrees
Mix shortening, sugar & eggs, stir in all other ingredients.
Roll into about an inch in size balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8-10 minutes.
They will puff up and then flatten.
They will make about 62 cookies that are about 1 and a half to two and a half inches around.
