    2 cans Kidney Beans
    2 cans Hot Chili beans
    1 can diced tomato
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 lbs Lean Ground Turkey
    Slow Cooker Chili Seasoning
    Bell Peppers
    Garlic to taste


Next time I will not add the hot chili beans to save on calories and add extra spice and a lower calorie bean or extra veggies instead.


Mix Turkey with garlic and Seasoning packet
place everything into slow cooker
cook for about 6 hours
