Ingredients

3 oz of salmon cubed (I cook my salmon with lemon on top in a 400 degree oven)
1 cup of shredded lettuce
5 cooked Brussle sprouts
1 cup of grean beans
Half a yellow pepper
2 spears of fresh broccoli
3 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp of dries rosemary
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Mix ingredients together and enjoy this filling meal!!
