    *Peaches, canned, 1 cup, halves or slices, diced
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 medium whole, diced
    Garlic, 3 clove, minced
    Limes, 3 fruit, juiced
    Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp-or a handful, chopped
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped


Tips

I prefer to use mango when in season, but canned peaches work well too
