Green onions, raw
Buttermilk powder
basil
Garlic
Salt

Directions
Drain overnight with in a colander with a cheese cloth or coffee filter.
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir gently to combine.
If possible, refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours to enhance flavors.
