Introduction

Drained yogurt is great low-calorie substitute for cream cheese. This popular yogurt is now called Greek yogurt. Just drain overnight with in a colander with a cheese cloth or coffee filter. Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Low-fat Yogurt, plain
    Green onions, raw
    Buttermilk powder
    basil
    Garlic
    Salt
    Black Pepper


Directions

Drain overnight with in a colander with a cheese cloth or coffee filter.
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir gently to combine.
If possible, refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours to enhance flavors.


Serving Size: Makes 16 (2 tablespoons per servings), about 2 cups
