Ingredients

    Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 2 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Pastariso Organic Brown Rice Lasagna Noodles Gluten Free, 12 oz
    Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Cheese - Kraft Mozzarella Shredded, 1 cup
    Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 3 cup
    Chicken - Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, 12 oz

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix together the egg, ricotta, and parmesan cheese.
3. Pour some of the sauce into the pan.
4. Place a layer of lasagna noodles in the pan.
5. Spread half of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles.
6. Place on a layer of grilled chicken, spinach, & mozzarella.
7. Repeat steps 3-7, ending with a layer of lasagna noodles and sauce on top.
8. Place aluminum foil over the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
9. Remove the foil and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
10. Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 9 slices in a 9x9 pan
