Ingredients

    1 or 2 cups big chunks of Butternut squash
    2 tablespoons of I can't believe it's not butter light
    1/2 cup of raisins
    2 cups of baby spinach
    pinch of salt

Directions

Chop in big chunks the butternut squash
place in large skillet with the light butter
add the raisins
cook until the forks just goes through
add the spinach
add pinch of salt

Excellent side vegetable dish
