Ingredients

    2lbs Lean Ground Beef
    1C Ketchup
    1C Duck Sauce (or honey, or mixed)
    1/4C Vinegar
    2T Starch mixed with a little water to dissolve
    1T Soy Sauce
    Red pepper flakes
    Garlic and Onion Powder

Directions

While beef is browning in skillet, combine all other ingredients except starch in small sauce pan. bring to simmer, stirring occasionally. Once to temp, add starch and stir. Simmer a minute to thicken. Add to browned beef. Serve over rice.
