    1 lb bulk italian sausage
    1 lb ground beef
    32 oz jar spaghetti sauce*
    14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
    15 oz can tomato sauce
    Italian Season, to taste
    Garlic Powder, to taste
    Salt and pepper to to taste

*Ragu and Prego brands of sauce not recommended - they seem to be 'watery'.


Directions

Brown hamburger and Italian sausage, drain. Combine all ingredients into large sauce pan and simmer for 30 min. Serve over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
