1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 oats (Quaker Old Fashioned Oats)
1 tbsp flax (Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed)
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
ice cubes
1 tbsp chia seeds (Red Mill)
Directions
Add the almond milk, banana, blueberries, oats, flax seed, ground cinnamon and ice cubes to the blender and blend.
Top with chia seeds and enjoy!
