Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Wash a whole avocado and slice it in half. Get rid of the seed. Scoop the ripe pulp into a bowl. Measure 114 grams (1/2 cup) of Chobani Greek yogurt into the bowl and mix well.

    Add to this mix: 1 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning,
    1 tsp garlic, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Mix well.

    Cover. Put into ice box & cool for several hours or serve immediately. If the top discolors, stir it all up to "refresh" the color.

Tips

Adjust garlic & pepper to taste. I happen to like spicy!


Directions

No cooking required. Flavors improve with refrigeration. Cover and cool in ice box for several hours before serving for even better flavor.

    Very Good
    This was very good, but a bit bland for my taste. I added a couple shakes of tabasco and some lime Mrs. Dash and it was perfect. Very easy to make. A keeper! - 2/2/15
