Ingredients

Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry)
Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Vanilla
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated
Baking Powder
Baking Soda
Cinnamon, ground
dymatize extended release elite banana nut protein powder
Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Vanilla Extract
Banana, fresh
Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350
2) Mix 1/2 c oats, greek yogurt, and almond milk. Set aside for 10 minutes
3) Grind/chop/process in someway (lol) remaining 2 c oats into flour (magic bullet blender works wonderful)
4) Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and protein powder to ground oats made in step #2. Mix well.
5) Add Step #4 to step #2 and Mix well.
6) Divide equally between 30 greased cupcake liners.
7) Bake for 10 - 20 minutes (depending on level of dryness desired).
