    1 Cup of chopped chicken roasted thighs and legs
    1/2 cup craisins
    1 can of black beans
    1 chopped red onion

    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    3 Tbl spoon Dijon mustard
    1 Tbl spoon chopped chives


Blend dressing and pour over salad. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce or fresh spinach
