Ingredients

    4 Tbs Butter
    1 Onion, Diced
    1 Head of Cabbage, Shredded
    1 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
    2 Tomatoes, diced
    6 Cups water
    2 Knorr Boullion cubes
    2 cans Navy beans, rinsed and drained
    2 Tbsp Basil
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Melt butter in stock pot. Add diced onions, tomatoes and carrots and sauté for a few minutes. Add cabbage and other other ingredients. Cook on medium high heat until tender.
Serve
