Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), .5 tbsp (remove)
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)*(Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving (remove)

Tips

They are good with fresh fruit on top too. my friend said you can also add a little baking powder if you want them to rise and be fluffy.


Directions

mash banana, add all but cooking spray and mix well, can be mixed in a blender easily. heat griddle, spray with cooking spray. Make dollar size pancakes, brown and flip brown other side. Takes about 40 seconds to cook. really have to watch. take off griddle when done and serve.
